One of the things that I love so much about kids (my own and others’) is the sweet things they do and say unexpectedly. There is something so special about getting a gift or a compliment from a child because everything they do comes from the heart. Saturday I had a session with a sweet family that traveled out here from Richmond. Just after pulling up to our location, the oldest girl handed me a little gift that she made for me on the way down. And I was so touched- I wanted to post it here (I hope that is okay- I did not obtain any copyright permission from the young artist). Just one of the many reasons that I love what I do so much.
This session was so much fun for me. Although children over the age of 5 typically take a little longer to warm up to the camera, once they do the results are so great! And these three warmed up pretty fast! In fact, toward the end of the session I could not get them to stop laughing and put the bunny ear fingers down:) Good times! Here are just a few shots that I loved from our session. Aren’t these three just beautiful? And I am a sucker for little girls in cute tights:)
